“Ichabod”

말하기를, 영광이 이스라엘에서 떠났다, 하며 그 아이의 이름을 이가봇이라 하였으니 이는 하나님의 궤를 빼앗겼고 또 자기 시아버지와 남편이 죽었기 때문이더라.

And she named the child Ichabod, saying, The glory is departed from Israel: because the ark of God was taken, and because of her father in law and her husband. 

이르기를 영광이 이스라엘에서 떠났다 하고 아이 이름을 이가봇이라 하였으니 하나님의 궤가 빼앗겼고 그의 시아버지와 남편이 죽었기 때문이며

She named the boy Ichabod, saying, "The glory has departed from Israel"--because of the capture of the ark of God and the deaths of her father-in-law and her husband.
