이제 대언자들의 아들들의 아내들 종의 어떤 여인이 엘리사에게 부르짖어 이르되, 당신의 종 내 남편이 이미 죽었는데 당신의 종이 주를 두려워한 줄은 당신이 아시나이다. 빚을 준 사람이 이르러 내 두 아들을 취하여 노예로 삼고자 하나이다, 하매

Now there cried a certain woman of the wives of the son of the prophets unto Elisha, saying, Thy sevant my husband is deas; and thou knowest that thy sevant did fear the LORD: and the creditor is come to take unto him my two sons to be bondmen.

The wife of a man from the company of the prophets cried out to Elisha, "Your servant my husband is dead, and you know that he revered the LORD. But now his creditor is coming to take my two boys as his slaves."
