“His Tidings”
전에 한 사람이 내게 고하여 이르기를, 보소서, 사울이 죽었나이다, 하며, 좋은 소식을 가져온 줄로 생각하였으나, 내가 그를 붙잡아 시글락에서 죽였으니 그는 그의 소식으로 인해 내가 그에게 보상을 주리라고 생각하였느니라
When one told me, saying, Behold, Saul is dead, thinking to have brought good tidings, I took hold him,and slew him in Ziklag, who [thought] that I would have given him a reward for his tidings:
전에 사람이 내게 알리기를 보라 사울이 죽었다 하며 그가 좋은 소식을 전하는 줄로 생각하였어도 내가 그를 잡아 시글락에서 죽여서 그것을 그 소식을 전한 갚음으로 삼았거든
when a man told me, 'Saul is dead,' and thought he was bringing good news, I seized him and put him to death in Ziklag. That was the reward I gave him for his news!
