“But David Encouraged Himself in the LORD”

다윗이 크게 곤경에 처하였으니, 이는 백성이 각각 자기의 아들과 딸들로 인해 혼이 괴로웠으므로 다윗을 돌로 치자고 말하였기 때문이더라. 그러나 다윗은 주 자기 하나님 안에서 스스로 용기를 내었더라.

And David was greathy distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.

백성들이 자녀들 때문에 마음이 슬퍼서 다윗을 돌로 치자 하니 다윗이 크게 다급하였으나 그의 하나님 여호와를 힘입고 용기를 얻었더라

David was greatly distressed because the men were talking of stoning him; each one was bitter in spirit because of his sons and daughters. But David

found strength in the LORD his God.
