“Ebenezer” 

 

그때에 사무엘이 돌을 취하여 미스바와 센 사이에 세우고 그 이름을 에벤에셀이라 부르며 말하기를 ‘여기까지 주께서 우리를 도우셨다.’ 하니라.

 

Then Samuel took a stone, and set it between Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying, Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.

사무엘이 돌을 취하여 미스바와 센 사이에 세워 이르되 여호와께서 여기까지 우리를 도우셨다 하고 그 이름을 에벤에셀이라 하니라.

 

Then Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen. He named it Ebenezer, saying, ‘Thus far the LORD has helped us.
