드뷔시 “달빛” 앨범 소개글 
클래식 명곡에 새로운 숨결을 불어넣는 피아니스트 이승하는 2023년 쇼팽곡을 시작으로 발달장애인 유진성 군과의 합작앨범을 통해 음악 속 따뜻한 이야기를 전했습니다ㆍ 이번에는 드뷔시의 “달빛”을 재즈와 자유로운 즉흥연주 선율속에 담아 깊은 감동을 전합니다.
드뷔시의 ‘달빛’은 베르가마스크 모음곡 중 세 번째 곡으로 폴 베를렌[Paul Verlaine]의 시 ‘달빛’에서 영감을 얻어 작곡되었습니다. “이승하는 영국 유학 시절 프랑스를 오가며 드뷔시의 음악을 연구했으며, 스승 Julian Cima 교수의 가르침은  현대음악에서 재즈까지  음악 세계를 넓히는 자양분이 되었습니다. 이 곡은 스승에 대한 감사의 마음을 담아 연주하게 되었습니다.

Pianist Lee Seung-ha breathes new life into classic masterpieces, beginning with Chopin's compositions and conveying warm stories through music on a collaborative album with Yoo Jin-sung, a young man with developmental disabilities.  Now, she offers a profoundly moving performance of Debussy's "Clair de Lune," blending jazz and free improvisation with the piece.

"Clair de Lune," the third movement of Debussy's Suite Bergamasque, was inspired by Paul Verlaine's poem of the same name.
This arrangement adds free jazz harmonies to the original's gentle melody, creating a warm resonance. Lee Seung-ha studied Debussy's music in England and frequently traveled between England and France. Julian Cima, her professor, became a source of inspiration that broadened her musical horizons from contemporary music to jazz. She completed this piece as a tribute to her professor, expressing her gratitude.
