My goal is to have 1 or 2 key ones in ST, the others I have no problem monitoring through the Blink app. My outdoor battery cameras are conected to the wifi fine. If the camera is in a dark area check that the infrared lights surrounding the camera lens are illuminated. You name it, I've tried it. I have had my indoor camera for about 6 months now and in the past two months it keeps having issues staying connected with the WiFi. Having the same issue with my indoor wired camera. Can you both please try deleting and re-adding the Ring app and let me know if you notice any changes with the Timeline Feature turned on. Also my phone works even worse than my husband's even though they were purchased it the same time, it's the same brand and all settings are the same. For example, even in the case of Samsung cameras, some of them used to work with smartthings, most of them now don’t. We spoke with 4 different tech support people and 3 of them had us turn off the event timeline viewer. When you go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Devices > Indoor Cam > Device Health > Reconnect to Wifi, are you unable to reconnect the device from here? This seems to reset the camera and get it back online. I covered the three infrared lights with black tape turned on the color night vision and the porch light and I get a good picture that way otherwise it's black and white and you cant see anything but shadows with the porch light on or off. Modes are settings in the Ring app that can control the behavior of all of your Ring devices. Since windows block heat sources, your Ring device will not be able to accurately view or record through a window at night. Set how you want your devices to behave in that mode. When Disarmed Mode is selected, no Alarm sensors in your home will be armed and no alerts will be sent to the monitoring station, but the system will still be powered on and functioning.
